Honestly, I had the best best best Cafe experience here last week and I have been thinking about my meal ever since because it was some top notch goodness! I had the Chai Latte which was served super cutely with a Bow design. For my meal, I had the Chicken Pesto Sandwich with a side of Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Bisque Soup with a piece of Garlic Bread Toast! This was super delicious and both items were fresh and warm, just the way I love my food! I will definitely be visiting again and the staff are super friendly and welcoming! I've been here in the past as well when I use to attend McMaster University, and I do remember they have great waffles and an amazing French vanilla milk shake!

I had a great first experience when I went to Williams for lunch the other day. My server Aisha was super friendly and gave me a recommendation for what I should order, the tomato soup, which was delicious. It was a great study spot and I can't wait to go back!
Dear Williams Owner, we had breakfast at the restaurant this morning and were happy with the price and quality. I will say however that you had one person who was customer facing. She was phenomenal - taking orders, cashing people out, making drinks, delivering food to the tables, clearing tables. She was calm and managing but all those roles are clearly too much for one person to handle and your business will suffer. It’s not ok to have one person handling all that for the morning rush. Please consider hiring another both for the sake of your employees and your customers. And, please give her a bonus!

Always a lovely time studying or catching up with friends here!! Service is always wonderful too, was helped by Makenzie a few times and her energy is always so warm and welcoming. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers makes all the difference.
I had visited this cozy cafe and really loved the vibes. There are ample breakfast and beverage options. Being a vegetarian, it’s very hard to find a place that serves food of your taste pallet. I had ordered funky monkey waffle with vanilla and chocolate icecream. It was a really filling option and tasted very nice. Second was the roasted veggies panini served with dill that tasted very subtle and delicious. Highly recommend this place for your delicious yet filling breakfast under budget.
